  • “You”, “your” – refers to the client or user of our services and website.
  • “Services” – refers to website design, development, hosting, SEO, branding, support, and all related digital services offered by Endeavourly.
2. Service Model
We provide fully managed websites with either:
  • Monthly Plans (Starter or Growth): Ongoing services charged on a monthly basis.
  • One-Time Payment Plans (Essential or Professional): Single payment for website ownership.
All monthly services are contract-free, meaning you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.
3. No Upfront Fees (Monthly Plans)
For monthly service plans, you will not be charged an upfront fee. However:
  • A valid payment method must be provided before service begins.
  • Services commence only after confirmation of your chosen plan and required onboarding information.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
  • For monthly plans, Endeavourly retains full ownership of the website, design, code, and assets unless agreed otherwise. You are granted a license to use the website while subscribed.
  • For one-time payment plans, full ownership of the completed website is transferred to you upon receipt of full payment.
5. Content & Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, branding assets) unless agreed otherwise. By submitting content, you confirm:
  • You own the rights to all materials supplied.
  • Nothing provided infringes on third-party rights.
Endeavourly is not liable for copyright issues related to user-submitted content.
6. Edits and Updates
  • Monthly plans include either 3 monthly content edits (Starter) or unlimited edits (Growth). Edits refer to content changes (text/images) only.
  • Edit requests must be reasonable and not include redesigns or development of new functionality unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation & Termination
  • You may cancel monthly services with 30 days’ written notice.
  • If you stop payment without notice, services may be suspended or terminated.
  • For website transfers after cancellation (to gain full ownership), a reasonable fee may apply, outlined transparently.
8. Payment Terms
  • Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • One-time payments are due in full prior to website handover.
  • Late or failed payments may result in paused services until resolved.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide secure, high-performance websites, but we do not guarantee:
  • Specific business outcomes (e.g., search rankings, traffic).
  • Uninterrupted or error-free services.
Endeavourly is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to the use of your website or our services.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
